You can listen to these positive affirmations at any time; however it is lovely to listen to them in the morning as you wake up to bring positivity to your day. You can repeat them out loud or you can quietly let them sink in to your consciousness so they become your new reality.

Often negative thought patterns have been repeated thousands of times so it takes a while to transform these patterns and replace them with new positive ways of thinking. This music is unique as it combines both positive affirmations with crystal sound that encourages the brain to absorb and accept these new thought processes more rapidly. Thus this music increases the power of positive transformation.

Crystal crucibles also known as crystal singing bowls amplify the life force field on the molecular level. Each crystal crucible is made of 98.9 percent silicon quartz. As the human body is also composed of a large number of crystalline substances, such as the bones and the crystal-colloidal structures of the brain and cerebral fluid, crystal sound can be used to rebalance our electromagnetic field. The sound the crystal crucibles produce is extremely pure and it enables a person to return to his or her original level of etheric radiance.

Each set of positive affirmations has been matched with the specific crystal crucible which corresponds to the main energy centre, or chakra, which relates directly to the theme of the set of affirmations. Each crystal crucible has been programmed to radiate each particular set of affirmations for a person’s self-healing.

This recording was recorded live on a boat on the subterranean lake of St-Leonard.

The subterranean lake of St-Leonard is located within a gigantic cave in Switzerland, along the Rhone valley, between Sion and Sierre in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Various types of stone glitter at a height of ten meters, their shapes reflected on the 6,000 square meter surface of the crystal clear waters, where trout swim. This is the largest natural underground lake in Europe and is thought to be one of the birth places of mountain dragons. www.lac-souterrain.com
